The Rocks Marino gift vouchers are issued and managed by The Rocks Marino and are only redeemable at The Rocks Marino restaurant.
By purchasing, redeeming, or attempting to redeem a gift voucher, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase, as per Australian Consumer Law.
The expiry date is printed on the voucher, and any unused balance will be forfeited after this date.
Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of payment to be redeemed.
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift vouchers.
Vouchers can be redeemed in one or multiple transactions until the balance is fully utilized or the expiry date is reached.
Gift vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the recipient specified at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed by The Rocks Marino.
The Rocks Marino is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers. Replacement vouchers will not be issued.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
Use of a gift voucher may require advance booking. Please inform staff at the time of booking that you will be using a gift voucher.
If the total amount of the transaction is less than the voucher’s value, the remaining balance will remain on the voucher for future use.
If the transaction exceeds the voucher’s value, the difference must be paid by the customer at the time of the transaction.
Cancellation or rescheduling of bookings made with a gift voucher must comply with The Rocks Marino’s reservation and cancellation policies.
The Rocks Marino reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Changes will not affect vouchers already purchased.
